National Night Out
On Tuesday, August 4th, the County Downs Homeowner’s Association hosted a “meet & greet” hotdog supper at the gazebo in recognition of National Night Out, which is a crime and drug prevention event. Visit CDHA News section to read the full article and see all the pictures.

Let's Keep Our Children Safe
The posted vehicle speed limit is 25 mph.
Every resident is encouraged to drive under the posted limit and watch carefully for our Children At Play! The Montgomery Police frequently patrol our streets and the CDHA supports the ticketing of those individuals who are caught driving at an excessive rate of speed.
Parents, please periodically remind teenage drivers the importance of driving safely, especially on County Downs Road and Paxton!
