Building in County Downs

Construction on Keeland WayInterested in building your next home in County Downs?  Then be patient. This neighborhood isn't one of those developments that are built overnight.  In fact, its slow, steady growth is an amenity to this community and contributes to its popularity.  So how does one go about building their dream home in this beautiful neighborhood?

Get on the list.  That's right THE LIST.  It is first come first serve in this community.  Here is how it works.  Marshall Construction and Commercial Partners control the development for County Downs.  And what seems like every blue moon, they will develop a new section of the neighborhood.

Those on "The List" are notified of when the lots will be for sale.  But just because you are on the list does'nt guarantee that you will get a lot.  You have to then go through the "lottery" process. Attendees draw a number, hoping for that number one spot.  In order of the drawing, attendees choose which lot they want to purchase.  If someone high on the list doesn't like the options, then that person can be added to the next lottery list - allowing the next person in the drawing the opportunity to choose a lot.

So you will understand the demand for this real estate, the last lottery included 31 lots and all 31 lots sold in one day. So, if you are interested in County Downs, now is the time to get your name on the ever popular LIST.
